Seeing what is in front of me is so amazing. Life is such a gift, so much beauty all around us. Remember that the world like the body strives for balance. For as much SHITTY things happening there are amazing things happening. Decide what side you want to be on. I see the masses of people in NYC as I walk the streets and ride the subway and I often think, if each person were to project the energy of peace, have the thoughts and vibration of beauty and grace in their minds the would would be a different place fast.
